Angel Falls: At sixteen times the height of Niagara falls, this is a magnificent sight at any time of the year. However, Angel Falls is most vibrant between June and December which is the rainy season.
Caracas: Venezuela's capital is a contrast between skyscrapers and low lying buildings. The country's vibrant energy hums through the whole city.
Margarita Island: This is one of Venezuela's most easily accessible islands...a short ferry ride from Puerto La Cruz or Cumana. The long stretches of powdery white sand are an attraction to travellers and Venezuelans alike.
Canaima National Park: this fascinating landscape is full of enormous mountains, characterized by sheer rock faces and almost perfectly even, flat tops, known by their Indian name, Tepius.
Gran Sabana: These flat, grassy plains are home to some of Venezuela's most diverse and interesting birds and animals.
