DAY 2, Wednesday - Arrive in Buenos Aires
Arrive in cosmopolitan Buenos Aires, capital of Argentina. Transfer to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Your tour begins with an orientation meeting with your Tour Manager at approximately 5:30 PM, followed by a reception. We recommend that you select flights which arrive no later than 2:30 PM

DAY 3, Thursday - Buenos Aires Walking Tour
This morning, take a walking tour through the vibrant streets of Buenos Aires, a city with a distinct European flavor, towards Recoleta with its elegant architecture, wide tree-shaded boulevards, striking monuments, and sprawling parks. The walking tour ends with a visit to the famous Recoleta Cemetery, final resting place of many of Argentina's most notable figures. The grounds here cover more than four city blocks, filled with tombs, and more than 6,400 mausoleums including the tomb of Eva "Evita" Peron. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, or participate in the optional Dinner and Tango Show

DAY 4, Friday - Visit an Estancia
Depart Buenos Aires and travel through the scenic landscapes of the Argentine countryside to a typical Argentine ranch (estancia). View vast expanses of grasslands dotted with trees and grazing cattle. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by hospitable gauchos, or Argentine cowboys, with empanadas and wine. Next, taste a typical Argentine barbecue. Following lunch, enjoy a folklore show with live music and dancing. Conclude the visit with a "Doma India" demonstration, a gentle horse-taming technique (weather permitting). Return to Buenos Aires in the afternoon

Sample an exciting variety of local dishes while exploring this trending neighborhood. In the evening, don't miss the optional Tango Experience. Discover the allure of the Argentine tango with an immersive tango lesson. Afterward, you'll have the chance to put your skills to the test at a traditional milonga (an authentic local dance hall)

DAY 6, Sunday - Buenos Aires City Tour
Discover the city's highlights this morning on a tour that includes the Plaza de Mayo, Metropolitan Cathedral, and Casa Rosada (government palace); see the balcony where Eva and Juan Peron made their speeches. Then, onwards to Puerto Madero, the most modern neighborhood of the city, and to the colorful La Boca neighborhood, a working-class barrio. Continue to the old quarters of San Telmo, a mix of colonial style homes, narrow lanes, artists' lofts, and very trendy cafes. Take a walking tour of San Telmo and soak in the neighborhood's bohemian atmosphere. You'll have free time to explore the famous antique market and to sample local specialties. Head back to the hotel in the afternoon

DAY 7, Monday - Full Day in Buenos Aires or Optional Full Day Colonia del Sacramento from Buenos Aires
Spend the day at leisure, or choose the optional Full Day Colonia del Sacramento from Buenos Aires*. Begin your adventure with a ferry ride across the Rio de la Plata to Colonia del Sacramento, one of Uruguay's oldest cities and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon arrival, take a guided walk through the historic center. Afterward, enjoy a traditional Uruguayan lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, explore the city at your own pace before boarding the ferry for your return trip to Buenos Aires
